Donate to support provide food and hygiene items to our neighbors!
The Flint Hills Breadbasket provides food and essential items to Riley County residents who are experiencing food insecurity.
Go Cats! Join the Wildcat family in the 29th annual Cats for Cans food drive, happening during K-State’s upcoming home football game! As we gear up for kickoff, we’re inviting fans to show their support off the field by bringing canned goods or cash donations to help local families facing food insecurity. Let’s make a difference together and reach this year’s goal of collecting 5,000 pounds of food and $20,000 in donations.
Wildcat student-athletes will be collecting donations around the stadium two hours before kickoff and we will have donation bins around the stadium, so you can easily drop off your contributions on your way into the game.
All proceeds go directly to the Flint Hills Breadbasket programs and services, which provide essential food support to more than 2000 individuals per month in Manhattan, Riley County, Fort Riley, and St. George.
Bring your canned goods, bring your spirit, and let’s show the power of the Wildcat community. Go K-State, and Go Cats for Cans!
